Group therapy is a modality that is extremely effective in decreasing isolation, normalizing experiences, and increasing a sense of interconnectedness for its participants.

Our therapists carefully program, build and facilitate weekly therapy groups created around a population, theme, or shared experience.

Participants go through a screening process to assess their suitability for group therapy to ensure a safe, supportive environment that promotes growth and empathy. 

Therapy groups are a weekly commitment, and enrollment is on a rolling basis. If you are interested in any of the groups listed here, please contact the group's facilitator directly.
